I recently bought a 1.2/3 VTX and receiver from www.tecnic.co.uk and when it arrived I could not get it to work. I am not immune to silly mistakes and over sights but after a time I sent it back to Terry who promised to take a look at the pair to see what was wrong.

It was totally MY FAULT as I had plugged my goggles into the audio out of the receiver and not the video out.

Such a silly mistake to have made and this was only discovered after Terry graciously made this video for me...

I'm a tad embarrassed by the schoolboy mistake, but grateful to be getting it back and for his 'no BS' approach to my problem. Wouldn't it be nice if HK and some others gave one tenth as much of a shit for our problems when things go wrong... even when it's our own fault :)

I had been made aware of the shop a few weeks ago but not bought anything from them yet. Its good to here positive feedback and good customer service.

I know I know I know... :) look retailers have to practice dealing with the best and the worst of silly customer mistakes - turns out, mine was of the lowest order...

yes top seller...had a vtx go awol after about 5 mins..emailed Terry,returned it,almost instant refund plus he pooped an extra £5 on top to cover the return postage fee..
