Its legit, but bangood eu has had lets say some customer services issues that most would prefer to avoid.

Me personally, I`d spend a few quid more and get it from Joovu in the UK and not have any worries about returns / customer service.
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

Bought mine from there ,no problem.

Bought one from banggood uk without any problems, though it won't be the latest version with the updated motherboard board and case

pre-ordered a Mobius gimbal form Joovuu and paid, then decided they not to stock them and can't get a refund or any reply to requests for refund date

Really? I have bought from joovuu loads and even pre ordered the waterproof case.. Never had an issue even had a text message with an apology for late delivery on an item ?

I do believe the owner of Joovuu may be Chinese and the new year celebrations may be in full swing hence no feedback
for about three weeks..

Its a nightmare for us Non Chinese consumers...
I may crash, but i do learn :-)

I have had the opposite experience......

Ordered a wide angle lens from JooVuu for my standard mobius

It arrived, but wouldn't fit in my case....

Bought a new case from Joovuu.....

It still wouldnt fit, so contacted Joovuu who said that it needs a different case, which they would send to me.

New case arrives, lens still doesn't fit... :o

Contacted Joovuu, arranged to return lens for a refund. Printed RMA slip and posted back to Joovuu, received email to confirm that they had received it on 9th January 2015.

I then heard nothing from them, despite repeated messages and had to raise a dispute, and then finally a claim via PayPal, who refunded me at the end of February.

Have ordered many times from banggood, and never had an issue (although I have never had to return anything, so can't comment on that)

I had the ill-fitting wide lens too, though mine was from Banggood I ended up making it fit with a dremel.  In general though I've had no problems with Banggood.  And I've certainly not noticed people saying that they are generally to be avoided, at least no more so than any other super-cheap Chinese supplier.

I swapped a wide lens into my original A lens mobius the other day to sell, the case has definitely changed, I had to dremel/carve out to fit it in, I suspect its only the latest case (with square led lens) which has the change.

One of my other mobius came with a wide lens but I swapped to A lens and sold the module, but I don't know which one it is to check if they had modified the case by hand, or if there were two case mouldings then?

The "newer" case that I was sent has a slightly larger led panel on the front.....

.....but it didn't fit in that one either......

oh, and if anyone needs a spare case  ;)

Fair enough but the replacement lens I bought from them had Hong Kong customs marks all over the envelope with a Shenzhen originator address.
