Get the Aomway 200mw from banggood uk
£20 delivered, all of us at the mini quad club use them and not one has been bad, 32 channels and same size,
I had one like yours as well, in the bin now
I got 3 of the aomway's now

So the TS5823 VTX.  Rubbish, terrible interference that seems to get worse as you fly - so I'd guess some heat issue.  Here's  quick snippet

It's on the road to a slow and painful death there mate. Can't believe there haven't been more bad reviews for this thing. In fact I bought it on the back of rcmodelreviews saying it was ok!

At least you got airborne with yours. Ours didn't make it out the workshop plus I stuck on a nice heatsink just in case.

And just like elmattbo, I bought ours following Bruces 250 quad build list. I guess there is a variation in quality somewhere.

Very little in fact when it was in the tricopter.

Had this on my Blackout, assumed it just needed an LC filter. Guess I won't be getting another one..

I brought 3 flight cases from makro the other day.

£22 for all three, then went to Dunelm and brought some seat cushion foam.

One is ideal for a ground station, or big enough for a mini quad, goggles and all.

The other medium size is ideal for tx and goggles, possibly a couple of batteries or a charger etc.

Smaller one could be used for a few batteries for transporting.
I use it to store my chargers and charge cables etc.
