Been a while since I spent out on non-RC gear, but I saw this for £50 on ebuyer and I couldn't resist

This isn't very exciting in itself, it's a basic Android tablet that's stuck on 4.2 (which I'm to understand is old) however, the real reason behind it is as a little mobile emulation machine.  Prior to RC I was very into gaming, I've been wanting to get back and have a go at some of my games on the SNES/NES/Megadrive that I spend ages hunting out and collecting.  But these machines through a modern HDTV look guff at best.  I've always been one for playing on the original hardware, but I'm not dragging a CRT back in the house, so I'm going for this.  It's just fantastic at these old 8/16bit systems, and a steal at the price - and the joypad the whole thing slots into makes for a very "authentic" experience

Gundummy

meh!! I saw those to but didn't realise the screen/tablet came with it!  Doh...

The ESCs and motors weren't even warm after a 6 minute flight, albeit rather sedately hovering in the garden with the occasional punch of the throttle.

What esc's and motors have you got?
