What arrived today?

1280 Centred Yagi.....7dbi.

For my new 1280 Relay Module.....This antenna is so much smaller than the Patch.

Proven to 10 Miles with 800mw VTX....Plenty still in hand.

             No, it cost me $16 US including Postage.....Took about a week, they posted it same day for me within 3 hours of ordering...:)

             This thing is really quite small, Im going to be able to reduce the size of my Relay Module considerably.

Yes, two of these Yagis aimed angled out together on a diversity set-up and you won't need a Tracker.....lol.

I noticed that the PCB is drilled, not sure if its supposed to have a pin passed through and soldered to connect the elements on both sides...?....Need to investigate that.

Update.....Checked it....the drilled holes are through plated, meaning the elements are indeed connected to each other on both sides...Beep meter says they are....:)

Because flying with my precious GoPro 4 silver makes me too tense to enjoy anything, and hence my camera quad goes a but unused.  This just got dropped off (actually, the box was just sat outside my front door all day - deliveries near Xmas get worse)



Few reasons to buy it - I heard great things about the 6s, and this was only £55 delivered from Gearbest in some offer.  Also it's exactly the same dimensions as the GoPro 4, so should fit right into the gimbal.  Seemed worth a punt.

Frsky Horus X12S was Mode two and is now mode one  :overexcited:, immersionrc 2.4GHz RHCP patch, just measured it at work and is very usable from 2.35-2.45Ghz with 1.43 VSWR. Will see what the pattern is like tomorrow and start to match some skew planars for the Mini Talon etc
