Hope you have fun with it, definitely more of a summer plane type of a deal, though.  I didn't do much to mine except rather crudely add some dihedral by bending the spar.  It definitely looks more scale and flies better.

Eachine TX02 - the 200mw version of the mini cam/vtx people have been putting on their tiny whoops. This is destined for my Hornet mini wing, but I don't think I'm going to be able to get enough nose weight with it to get correct CG.... RunCam2 HD for size comparison

CurryKitten

Be interested to see how it looks on the hornet. I tried up today on an axn, was really happy with the colour and picture quality. It even got got ground details when pointed into the sun. What we did pic up though is some distortion around the sides which meant it looked a bit odd in the turns and things looked like they were going at different speeds !

I'll get some pics up tonight once its in the nose of the hornet

Sorry, I just noticed this, so does it need some dihedral? I probably won't fly it much till summer like you say, too cold to be trying to glide for long periods! How do you transport it? Can't believe how big the wingspan is!

CurryKitten

Some new ESCs arrived for another quad build... or possibly a set of ESCs I can move around quads if I have several frames to look at.

I wouldn't say it needs it, I flew mine for a while without but it definitely seems to help with getting it trimmed for a good hands-off glide which in turn helps with finding thermals.  Looks better too.  It's easier to transport than most other planes but you'll probably need to take the wings off unless you drive a van or something.  I'm going to look at the connectors and wing fixing on mine to make it a bit less fiddly.
