At long last I got my ImmersionRC JR-module and 8 channel Diversity RX, "well I spent hours and hours" trying to get an RSSI reading that was stable; during this time my RX lost bind 2 or 3 times and just didn't want to re-bind.

I gave up and raised a ticket with Simon at Firstpersonview, who recommended sending the RX to be checked out under warranty.

It was found to have an intermittent fault of some sort, the RX was replaced with a new one by ImmersionRC; through out the two weeks all my emails were answered.

I just feel so confident to spend my money with retailers who have an interest in their customers.

So it's a huge  :gotit: for Simon and ImmersionRc

I'll second that, I've had nothing but good times with both company's, also, I crashed a plane the other day and broke the front end more or less ! I had a small camera on a Henge 260 micro servo for pan which took most of the hit, the servo is fine but the mount snapped so I emailed Henge and their customer services were fantastic and are sending out replacements. This is one of the best parts of FPV in general, trustworthy/helpful  company's.

To be honest FirstPersonView has an enviable reputation for great support, and has had it ever since I've been involved in the scene. Fair play for keeping it consistently good and not just "here and there" like others.
