An absolute must from all my experiences is you MUST HAVE THE ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL IN CHINESE. Get this from the supplier. Unless you are sending DHL or Fedex or alike you have to have the address in Chinese. Just imagine the Chinese postal system with 1,4 billion people to service and a small parcel comes in with a address in a language you cant read. Imagine how fast it gets put to the Bottom of the pile.

I had never thought of actually putting the address in Chinese on it but its so obvious when you think about it.

Just so you know guys, i DID put a Chinese address on the parcel and i DID pay they extra to have it signed for. BEVRC provide you with a chinese and english address and request you add both, so i did.

In the end royal mail cofirmed that they signed for it... I sent this letter to BEVRC on the 'return thread' they had open for me... and they never replied again once i had this proof! :hammershead: :shoot: :row: :thebird1: :censored: :censored:
