Can use Paypal, and you are always subject to import charges when ordering from China.

Sorry for the noob questions.

I get hit with customs/import charges almost every time I order from HobbyKing.  If I order from Banggood and they use DHL I also get hit with charges pretty much every time.

It's hit or miss really.
