Hi peeps,
While I spend the rest of eternity building my SW1900, I would like to at least try out the Dragonlink on my Easy Star.
It has a 600mW 5.8G VTX and with a GS and helical, the limiting factor is the 2.4G Spektrum control.
BUT.... I want to try out the RSSI (never had that before)..
It has EZOSD installed, so I'm trying to think of clever ways to get the Dragon RSSI back to my goggles.
Maybe use the 3.3V RSSI to control a flashing LED in the corner of the camera's image?
Maybe make a voltage-controlled-oscillator and put that on the audio so I can hear the RSSI?
I bet peeps have come up with better ideas?

just connect the dragonlink rssi pins to the ANA pads on the EzOSD sensor board... then just calibrate the max and min values within the settings

click on rssi max with your tx switched on and within 1m of the rx on the plane

then turn off the tx and click rssi min

the RSSI should then appear on your OSD

Blimey, I never knew that was there !
It's not mentioned in the manuals I have seen, and I never even spotted the setup menu entries.
Wonder why they didn't include it in the normal manual?
Just had a trawl around and found the 'Pro' manual (2009) that details it, but I never stumbled across it before.
Cheers chaps, live & learn.
