I think this version accepts up to a 12" prop if i'm not mistaken? So I'd probably shoot for:

12" prop - 800kv motor, 60A ESC
10" prop - 900kv motor, 60A ESC
9" prop - 1200kv motor, 60A ESC

(I use 1250kv, with 9x6 APC on my older Skywalker, and it's fine on both 3s and 4s)

Someone else will be along shortly though I'm sure. One thing I will say is though that the Skywalker "feels" better on 4s, 3s feels a little underpowered when climbing. Perfectly fine though unless you load it up with cameras until it's creaking :)

is this the carbon tail boom version?

If so, save yourself some money and buy from the Hobbyking UK warehouse (assuming you're in the UK). Shipping from fpvmodel is expensive and you'll almost certainly end up with an additional bill from HMRC and the UK courier.

£100 shipped, guaranteed no customs or courier charges
