Hi jono44  brill purchase,  lots of fun and a nice way to learn to fly :D

Mine lives in the boot for those opportunist moments I have even  had a few minutes flight time from the lift off a house roof  ;D

Cheap and cheerful real flight,  Nothing better than scraping for lift off impossibly  small  humps and bumps on a late summer evening  :D

I found mine a bit too small to ballast up too much for stronger winds but well pleased with mine for those lazy moments ;D

I don't think they're cheap but well worth the money, all you need is wind or thermal and you can stay in the air for ages.
It was gusting up to 26mph winds and no problem flying, i added 10 grams of ballast later on and it flew even better.

Sweet,  by higher winds i meant like 35 to 40mph lol but then i tend to use my middle phase for those winds  ;)
I added a bit of pen work to mine she looks like a bird now  ;)

I had my first taste of slope soaring at the end of last year with my Dreamflight Libelle and loved it!

If you want cheap you can't beat the Ridge Ryder for bang for buck value. I maidened it in 50mph+ winds but have also managed to stay aloft in under 10 :)
