Saw them on Rcgroups.com. Not sure if I saw someone here with them also?

Nygie

Finally got the YAW reversed and had time to try the first few hops in the small confines of the garage (couldn't wait for daylight)

10 times better than my first go

im pretty sure its poor form not to crash and burn your first go though, lol

Nygie

Technically I did crash, the prop whacked my roll cab  No damage tho which = no burn. Crashed and no burn :P
........until the next time  :o

Nygie

After the trauma with the flight controller, I managed a few minutes in the garden before it started raining!
Trouble with FC was not arming on V2.5.
On 1.6 two motors where lame or one was fast  :o
REflashed 2.5 and it works, ESC's calibrated and has a pretty stable hovver ........EXCEPT
The front right motor seems to be glitching a little???

I have some video, when it's finished processing I'll upload it, you can just about hear the glitching in the motor.

Nygie

And the video will take at least an hour to be live (now 20:51hrs). crappy upload (and HD video :)

Listen carefully and you can hear the glitching on the right motor, seems to fly ok tho axcept for the little wobble casued by the glitching.

With regards the right motor glitching I will check the blades in the morning as I did notice a little nik out of one of the blades.

Nygie

Will do , I've got a spare ESC in case that's up the swanny!

Nygie

Different ESC didn't make a difference, I'll try another reflash, as it never did I before the FC went wonky!

Dizzy

She is looking pretty stable.  looks a good build too, clever idea using those giant cable ties for landing gear  i bet they take a lot of energy out of the odd hard landing :D

Are your gains set properly? If mine are too sensitive, it wants to fall out of the sky heh
