Definitely one to watch, but:

As it stands, the BREXIT vote has no bearing on the implementation of EASA regulations within the UK.  However, we are fortunate in the UK that the CAA remain broadly supportive of model flying and have confirmed that "our desire is to have small unmanned aircraft regulations that are realistic, proportionate and above all, simple to understand and use".

Norway is not in the EU but it does apply EASA regulations to full size aviation. This allows much easier movement of aircraft into and out of Norway and certainly suits the airlines and maintenance, repair and overhaul organisations. I would expect the UK to have some similar arrangement with EASA. At the moment EASA does not rule on model aircraft and leaves this too the national aviation authorities. It's difficult to know how this is going to pan out so I would put a question mark after the title of this thread.
This is of course further complicated (or not, maybe) by Scotland wanting to remain within the EU. We already have an SAA (Scottish Aeromodellers Association) so the new Scottish Aviation Authority will have to come up with another name. But I jest, when these rules in their final form could have very serious implications for the hobby.
