Grabbed a short break in the weather today and took another trip out from my house.
Headed north into a 10mph northwesterly until I lost my bottle about fuel levels ;)
Bignose's 5.8 skew and tommyd's 16 turn helical performed well until the 11km fence on the trusty FY-Lite was reached.
No hand tracking needed , just point and shoot! ;D ;D

Been there on holiday, took the little boat over and walked around the little island and saw Minke whales in the sound. Spent the rest of my time there under the water so grea tto see it from above

I was just a little bit p-sed off earlier . I managed to delete the GS footage while trying to edit up a vid of the flight using the Mobius HD recording and the raw footage \0/
So I set up again and went for another go at 6pm and pushed her to 11.5 this time .
The batteries were holding up but the video gave up completely at around 11kms this time.
I kept her going a bit , glimpsed 11.5km through the haze so hit RTH.
The landing was interesting, it was just about PITCH black out here!!
Hope to get a vid up asap, but it takes on average 7hrs to upload a 7min vid >:(
Cheers  :D

I reckon you need your "Bignose" logo on the covers , it would be great advertising when the camera's panned ;)
