Banggood Delivery

Anyone having any issues with banggood deliveries recently?

I'm finding stuff is taking longer or not getting delivered at all. I'm even waiting for items that have been "Re-sent" due to the first one never arriving. Tracking seems to get to the point where its been exported and then stays like that for weeks.

My mini talon motor took 6 weeks to arrive mate, something I ordered 2 weeks AFTER ordering the motor, arrived within 5 days... both from CH warehouse...

it's hit n miss at best.

Damn - I didn't want to see this - I too am having BG issues after sooo many years of great service.

I ordered mid Dec - tracking info they gave was fake - after a 'chat' they sent me to a website that, like Adam, just states 'exported - on way to uk'

They have told me the item has been resent - but again no tracking info.

When I ordered the item it was out of stock & now it has doubled in price - im guessing they screwed the price up & just faked the despatch.

Time to put the Paypal claim in I guess...

Thats strange, ive been receiving loads of packages i didnt order, even sometimes multiples of the same order.

I can only sing their praises lately.
I treated myself to a Runcam Night eagle for Xmas which was faulty.
After showing them the problem via a youtube clip I'd uploaded , they promptly sent me a new one which took about 2 weeks.
Can't complain about that sort of service hey!

I have 4 items i'm waiting for

1: Tracking says exported on 11th December. nothing after that
2: Replacement for one above: Exported
3: Runcam 2 - Shipped 2 weeks ago... tracking result "Item not found"
4: Ordered December: tracking says exported 11th Jan. Nothing after that

Adam was it a debit or credit card with UK Bank?

My tracking numbers don't work when linked from the BG website.

A bit more info but my items still get 'stuck'
