3D Printed homes, the future?

I think there could definitely be a market for these types of home. Perhaps not for regular sized homes as we would perceive them in the UK, but maybe for developing countries as cheap and quick way of providing shelter for families living in dangerous conditions with no real protection from the elements.

Pretty cool, it's definitely the future! Just wonder the logistics of moving the printer about though? Suppose it would fit on a flatbed or something, but you'd need a crane to get it back out of the building before putting the roof on.

Similar to prefab - ever notice how a McDonalds can get put up so fast? Comes on the back of a lorry and is slapped together on site - sorted :)
