I saw this on Banggood and thought "wow, a charger that can do 2 packs, and it's like £20 !!" So I asked Banggood to send me one for a review and through the door it popped.

It wasn't quite the charger I expected - it's really basic, but seems to do one task ok - which may be of interest to mini quad flyers.  Here's my video

! No longer available

So, if you want to charge up a bunch of 1300 4s's in a hurry, this may be something for you - if you are cheap, or don't want to spend big money on a proper charger.  You could, of course, use parallel charging on a single proper charger - but I've had my own bad experiences with that.

So, not what I hoped, but y'know - it's ok for a specific purpose.

It looks like it has its place.

How well did it leave the packs balanced at the end of the charge ? Was it balancing well or were you finding inconsistencies ?

Well, nowhere in the instructions (what there was of them) did it actually say it balance charges, but at the end of the charges I did, all the cells were at 4.20v... but that said, I also charged them all from storage.  I don't know if the same could be said if I tried some that were already out of balance.  Next time I go out with a mini quad, I'll split some lipos between this and my normal charger to see if they are balanced at the end by fluke or design.
