#3
"A bit more progress"

The loser the FC is to the CG the better the overall perfomance.

Next; I've also decided to change the belt drive to a torque drive which should make the installation into the fuselage easier.

I've started the mock-up now and in the process of printing a mounting spacer.

The H looks like it takes a lot of stress and bills out of the whole process :)
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

Hi Ian

It's really assembling, and printing stuff that is usually velcroed in place; I've printed a few more bits and I'm nearly finished with the Gyro setup.
I had an issue with the flybarless head which has snap links that only go one way, which has meant the blades are out by 1/2 a turn. Align doesn't make the turnbuckle for the old T-rex 600 which has longer pushrods, I'm looking at other alternatives.

PS I've been unable to upload pictures for some reason, I'll try later though.

The battery mount brace is done now but there is a little more work to be done.

I originally had the Hirobo GPH346 in this body which has a wider footprint hence the 3D printed adaptor brace at 100% infill.

A larger GPS module off one of my copters has found a new home, this GPS is much faster in acquiring satellites than the DJI one.

Hot off the printer a swashplate leveller a critical part for setting up in the GUI

I came across these spirit bubbles in the workshop, the MKII level is born ;D
