I got my hands on the Hellgate FPV buzzer after lots of comments in my video about the DroneKeeper Micro.  There seems to be quite a lot of hype about it being "amazing" as well as "programmable"  The simple truth is that it's neither, it's very simple in it's usage, but that's kind of the point there's no setup beyond one extra wire than a normal buzzer, and after that point you don't have to think about it.  Here's the video

So in my role as a professional reviewer (which I still can't say with any sort of straight face) I fly lots of different quads and so having a single Hellgate doesn't work for me as well as I'd be constantly desoldering/resoldering it around.  But I'm more of the exception to the rule.  If you are building a quad from your normal components, and you would have anything from 1-3 quads, then adding in another £22.50 to the budget for this (while still a bit more money) is a pretty good investment in my opinion.  Not having to do anything and just having it beep if the lipo disconnects  auto-magically is just a great thing.

Could you not just solder a connector onto it if you need to move it about?

Absolutely.  I did think about putting a servo style connector onto it and then having the same on some quads.  It's an option, but it takes away the "install it and forget about it" concept which I think is the main idea behind it.
