Thought I'd have a go:

3s 2200mAh battery
2206 2400kv ZOHD motor spinning a 5x5 APC Sport prop
30A ZOHD ESC
3A UBEC
FrSky D8RII+ 2.4GHz
MG90 servos

Coming:
Eachine TX526 600mw video transmitter
Random WDR camera with replacement 2.8mm lens from a Runcam Owl+
Fatshark LC Filter

Looking forward to seeing just how this maiden goes, thats a decent size lipo up front.
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

Im not worried, the plane is just smaller than an AXN and they flew no probs with a 2200

But then you've got to spend cash on carbon strip to stiffen then up, servos for the control surfaces, you've got to spend time modifying the wings for ailerons etc, buying a motor etc. And even shaving the back of the wings so that they taper properly because they're 1cm thick at the back.

Or, you could drop ~£45 on an AXN and get it all done for you with a proven platform that a) flies great b) comes with everything you need already done.

What changed your mind then Steve?
It's all a lot of simple tricks and nonsense...

I had a ten pound note in my pocket, some spare electric bits sitting doing nothing and there weren't any AXNs available.
