recommend me a quad to learn on

having messed around with fixed-wing FPV for a while now, I think this is going to be the year to take the plunge & learn to fly (& build) quads   :o

so, could I have some recommendations for a quad, FC, motors, props and whatever other bits I'm going to need?  I have Tx, goggles, cameras, VTx, etc. already, so just the airframe stuff really.

I just want something that's fairly easy to fly, will take the inevitable knocks & isn't going to break the bank.  I'm not really interested in racing or freestyle for now, I'm just after something to learn on & then criuse around the local flying field.  I don't even know what size that would be - 5" maybe?  smaller?

I can fly around the desert & meadow tracks in FPV Freerider quite happily in Acro mode, which I'm hoping will help with learning :) not so much on the tighter courses though.  :(

many thanks

Coyote

I would look at the Armattan range of frames, I really do like them, and lifetime warreanty. A bit pricey but worth it.

Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)
