How to Charge a 7.4V 2S1P 3500mAh 18650 Li-ion Battery Pack

For the first time I have ordered some made-up packs of 18650 Li-ion cells.
I aready have a charger to charge individual 18650 cells, but am not sure how to charge a made-up pack, such as a ZOHD LIONPACK 7.4V 2S1P 3500mAh 18650 Li-ion Battery.

Can I use a lipo charger, set at a very low rate ??

You can charge the 2s 18650 pack as if it is a Lipo Battery with the standard battery charger. I set mine to charge at 1 or 1.5 amps and the balance lead plugged in. You can charge each call to 4.2 volts so a standard Lipo charger is fine.
