I can recommend these for tricopter yaw:
MG90 or the BMS 380 MAX MG

Been flying MG90 on one for over 18 months. The BMS is probably better. Goes by other names too - sure I got one from Giant Cod once
Still flying up my own arse ....
And giving Bignose one up his..

Problem is that the MG90 & BMS 380 are not digital and have a lot less torque that the BMS385D. Gargantuan Haddock does a digital servo of about the same weight as the BMS but not as much torque - MG16R

You could also try Aero Shack for a Savox SH0256.

you dont need digital and the amount of torque the MG90 produces is plenty....

Actually I've used the M16R too. and a few others too. Hitec were the worst and I like them in the planes. Karbonite stripped real quick and the metal became sloppy very quick. No like in copter.

I like the small weight and sizze of the MG90 - and to be fair it has taken some punishment.. Heavy tri's running 4000mah 3s/gopro/fpv cams/tracker and all the gear.  10inch APC props on DT750 motors. And quite a few dodgy landings.
Didn't think they would be good enough - just looked too small, but more than capable. Hundred of flights by now.

That said, I think the BMS is a better more accurate servo. I can't vouch for long term - only been running 2 for 4 months

I have a brand new one sat here that came Saturday.  I ordered it as a spare!  I may regret this but if you are set on getting the same servo I can forward it onto you for what it would cost for me to order another....
