Servo jitter/twitch - can you get rid of it

I was FPV'ing up my car again for when the weather isn't up for flying... or my tricopter is in multiple pieces from a crash.  So I got one of those cheapy pan/tilt mounts from HobbyKing along with 2 Turnigy TG9e servos, which at $1.99 a piece it's fair to call the cheap and cheerful.

While everything works, when I have the servo's fully over in one direction (as far as the pan/tilt goes it's up and left), they don't settle on a position, and jitter - causing vibration and not a stable image through the camera.  See attached YouTube footage -

Is this just a useful example of getting what you paid for, or is there anything that can be done to sort these out ?  I just found it a bit odd that it's fine in one direction (of both servos) but not the other
