The face as you have it there needs to face the craft your flying mate, however, do you have a link to the patch? Pretty sure it could be a linear and not a CP

Just checked I bought the Patch from Technic.co.uk.....The spec says its vertical polarised...So what does that mean?....a Dipole on my Vtx maybe?.....Dave

Hi Dave
Yep it's a linear antenna, you'll need a rubber duck on the vtx, using a skew is bit of a no, no, you'll loose I think about 3dBi gain so basically all of it

Oh crap...no wonder the signal strength was a bit unpredictable...that said I was 1800mtrs out on this Patch..with a 3 element Clover on my Vtx...
Check your PayPal acc....I think I have paid you ok.....not done payment that way before
