I've just collected mine:D

That's great news, are you going for the Martini racing scheme again? That job looked awesome.
Yeah but without the pearlesant covering. I'm mounting everything underneath the wing to keep the top of the wing as clean as possible, only servos going up there. Just hope I don't land on a rock!

Hiya Brucey. Just my 2p about that. I had the battery bay underneath on my first wing Tensor V1. I wouldnt do it again. Its a real pain to work on. and change batteries etc with plane upside down.  So much easier having everything on top so you can work on the plane right way up without the fins getting in the way..

Anyway feel better now that's off my chest   Looking forward to seeing it Roar !

regards
Andy

Brucey

The batteries will still be on top in the new centre bay so day to day I shouldn't have to worry about the underneath.
Thanks for the heads up though.

I will deffo start a thread when I start this build, but I keep on making drunk purchases at the weekend and I have a small shed load of projects I need to finish before cracking on with this one ! So will watch and learn from other people then hit this in a couple of weeks time.

One thing tho, Servo recommendations

I fancy on my next build doing the wings in this and the centre section lid and base in this.

The problem is I reckon' you have to get a really good smooth finish or it'll look like crap.
