just need to think of what colour scheme to go with......

I fancy on my next build doing the wings in this and the centre section lid and base in this.

The problem is I reckon' you have to get a really good smooth finish or it'll look like crap.

Hows about this for a look

Lay it up with in a vacuum bag using mylars for a glass smooth and bullet proof finish...
Trouble is ....with the perfect mirror finish ... imagine stepping out into that field full of cowpats.. ?   :)

Andy

Gundummy

I'm thinking "Comic Book" ........

I've always fancied chrome, just wonder about the metal content of any.

Good to see another Ruby going in a Vent.

MyFlyDream AP. An absolutely brilliant bit of kit and worth every cent.

Gundummy

Spares arrived...... build continues... I'll just post a picture build blog on a new post when done

That's it? No flight reports?! I've been holding back till I hear that it's a fantastic flyer ))

Gundummy

Sorry .... my workload has doubled and i've been sidetracked for a while (I am the hubs slowest builder after all and the RUBY isn't plug in and play).

My advice..... Press Buy.  Superb Kit, Clippedwing (Ben) Who normally builds and cuts all his own EPP wings has been bowled over with this kit.  Price is fantastic and it is transportable compared to X8's and the like.

Backup and support awesome and i'd be confident that in a crash ... the tree would suffer more!

Ipeel has got his flying, and I've flown it. It's been great!

So do I get one of these or a TBS Caip with their new 3S power setup?

I have seen iPeels fly on two occasions now.  It is very good and will certainly be my next purchase once I get to grips with the Falcon.

iPeel

You posh bugger Cypher! There's going to be plenty of poke in that setup.

The good thing with an Evo is you'll always be able to get spares quickly, well at least it's good for me with my flying style...

Brucey

Guys, drop the folding props. No need and less efficient

Less efficient when spinning, more efficient when not spinning.

Yeah, And anyway you want to put brake on the ESC, else your prop spins round and busts when you land  :'(
