A few comments if I may :

1. You were quite right to ask to see evidence of what he was claiming. Too much misinformation ends up being the rules in some peoples minds. In any event you should be able to check this for yourself via the local council, assuming they are responsible for the moorland. The road and car park will almost certainly belong to the council.

2. You do not require to give any personal details except if instructed by a police officer or someone authorised by the courts or in the event of an accident. Been there, done that and it completely flustered the security guy who stopped me. Not model flying related BTW.

3. I personally would be a little concerned that you were flying consistently very close to and along a public road. From what I could hear on the audio track that did not appear to be the problem though.

4. I see you had goggles. No spotter? Worth their weight in gold if you are immersed in your video. Looking at it not from the perspective of avoiding hitting other people, you could have been caught unawares by others less polite than Mr Boring, who only appeared to engage you after landing.

some valid points there, I was more annoyed that he (quoted in the video) that they have 2 arangements with horse riders and paragliders (which I did for 7 yrs I might add), ironically I will show you in a later video where paragliders come into land not on the main face of pendle but actually fly over the road about 20 ft max and land into wind on the grass slope along side the road, interms of being distracted which he mentioned in the video that is more distracted motorists  to be honest but its a (arrangement) as he quoted.it was actually just a short test I was barely in the air for 5 mins I was about to come in before he pulled into the carpark im not a fan of people ramming rules down my throat not when all around me was used condoms etc (not mine I might add), at night they must be at it like rabbits lol, but again it all boils down to me ...................but im going back lol going drive up past the point they own and then fly down to exact spot I was parked ;) :laugh:

Mark .. are you a rate payer? Tell him to sod off. You're a member of the public, you pay your council tax, you expect to be able to use the land. No bylaws? No problem.

Should have told him to do his f***ing job and pick up the rubbers so you could enjoy the public land while you fly your copter.
