Ritewing Drak Multibuy?

I'm interested in the Drak, but will likely buy my own later on.

I would happily pay into a multibuy to share shipping costs.

Not really interested in buying the Drak, but it looks cool though.

Even at a discounted shipping rate, Ritewing wings are usually too expensive for me so for that reason... I'm out.

I can only do two per box.

! No longer available

I love when you came real close to the camera and seemed to hang there, I assume you powered down and was forcing a stall?

Ritewing

Yes I had a slight headwind and was throttling down and pulling elevator to show it stall, it has just about full control in stall, if it does stall just throttle up and climb out, or let it stall  and it will usually i just drop the nose  a bit. If it tips let it drop the nose down and it will pull rite out with a little airspeed. You can see just as I stalled it I throttled up and climbed out like a rocket ship. A little throttle blip stops the stall.

At the beginning of the flight we were just showing the stall and its flight manners, after about ten mins of flying my buddy went and threw up the inspire to film it, he said he couldn't resist after watching me stop it in mid flight multiple times. They could not believe how much vert it had and how smooth it was , the vid was an unplanned event.

This is a new vid for the people who are doubting the rigidity and strength of this foam.

What autopilot are folks thinking of using? Vector, Pixhawk, Ruby, ??...

Andy Sayle

I'll try a vector in mine to begin with, mainly because I have it already.  I'm half tempted to try out an openpilot revo too though.  I'm odd like that. ...

I'll use a Cyclops Tornado, got one in the Z3 and it ticks all the boxes so no need to change.

Think I'll try an eagletree vector in mine, as I have one looking for a home.  That said, the maiden flights will be no flight controller at all.  Just retro line of sight flying I reckon...
