I would imagine any EU mandated rules/regs would stand up until our own UK versions are promulgated.... and that goes with pretty much anything EU regulated.

The only reason anyone would want to stay in the EU is because it looks like too much hard work to make any changes... people are lazy, thats the underlying reason behind wanting to stay in.

It seems to me that the entire case for staying in the EU revolves around money and the economy.

On the basis that there is more to life than money, I am voting out. I look forward to the day the UK closes its borders and only lets people in who are going to improve society as a whole, and we get to preserve our sovereign identity.

Considering the government can't predict the finances even 3 months ahead let alone the 5 year horror they're banging on about, I'm not worried. I hope we leave.

Does this EU meddling mean they have banned DSM2 as on the original Spektrum radio?....I mean, if you buy a brand new Spectrum radio now, it's only DSMX, not both?
  I know my old DX7 running on DSM2 using the ORIGINAL genuine receivers will quite happily tolerate a 1.2G Video transmitter right next to it, no problem at all.....My Taranis won't though, no way. even on the old UK firmware. And a number of members in my club have had RF Module failures with lack of range with their new fancy, expensive Spektrum transmitters which run on DSMX only.

  If the EU have meddled, it can only be a backward step.....Please.....Vote....OUT.

I hope everything does go back if we do, the EU harmonised wiring colours are that poorly thought out they are actually dangerous and I would love to go back to Red Yellow Blue :)

That is mostly it imo. Add a few people that are scared of the unknown and a few nut jobs.

I am indeed. The EU colours were just stupid. No useful use behind them, they didn't consider that the colours are that close that when covered in crap they can look the same as each other.

This was a lot of fun when I was putting new lights and a trip box in my garage when I moved in. It hasn't burned down yet so looks like tossing a coin worked :D

I think the EU can be an excellent force of good but I also feel like they spend too much time meddling in things which don't need meddling in and that's what has lead us to the situation we are in now where people are fed up.

The last 4 videos I've watched on YouTube have had a Government sponsored ad before them, spouting crap that the average household could be over £4k worse off if we leave the EU......

Then there's a brief bit of small print that says "in 15 years time".

1) I'm pissed off that the Govt is spending tax payers money to make ads that are biased

2) Of course I care about what will be in 15 years time, but this kind of campaign is just pure scaremongering.

Also, they use the word "could" because they actually have zero f*%$ing idea what will happen, they're just trying to scare the public into a snap reaction.
