This is a build ive been doing for a couple of days now on krikeys frame (good frame to work on by the way)
just waiting on some esc.
and some spironet antennas.
going to try the immersion 600mw tx and frsky rx

should weigh in at under 500grams with esc and Mobius fitted.
ill fit a plastic housing for the fpv camera from security 2000 which should shed more weight.

Ady, As you've built your frame and placed all the components as well as modding it with another plate (cool BTW) you're eligible for the last free frame. What colours would you like?

A few people have asked if I would supply a RTF kit for these but I'm not sure how many people would buy an RTF kit if one existed?

Thanks Pauluk for the suggestion.  I was looking at both the 2100 and the ones I listed but wernt sure which would be best. Anyways placed my order now for the 2100kv and some redbrick 10amp esc's coz I havent had any problems with any of my rb's so far so should be ok. So now all I gotta do is wait on the frame.

Thanks Krikey /Neil,
Opposite black / green K-Quad arrived today as PM'd..... my brother is going to build this one up as a 3S KK2.1 FPV setup. Popped it together on the desk today for a pic......

For anyone else using rcx motors, I would recommend using M2 x 6 bolts and washers and using a 2mm needle file to slightly elongate the slots.....

To use the existing screws that came with the RCX motors, I had to file the slots and countersink to get the screws to fit.
Krikey. Would it be an idea to make the hole smaller and extend the slots. I believe that what ever motors are used, the hole could be smaller. Tell me if I am wrong.

Neil. I need a KK2 board. I have sent payment.

Hmm lets see what other feedback comes in. I'm happy to adapt it if it needs to be done. Let me know what motors you've tested and what diabeter centre hole you need and I'll do some tweaks.

Almost finished. Just waiting for a KK2 that my mate has spare.
I have extended the legs as I want to strap the battery underneath. Those extensions are temporary as I am making some better ones out of plastic and will screw to existing legs.

What control board are you going to use mightybubble? Your frame is printing now, bottom plate and KK2 plate to go :)
