the hornet looks like a good contender for a reasonably priced OSD. combined with the FY31ap, I can't get over how good the price is of these units. I remember just getting into this stuff and the FY stabilisation stuff seemed so expensive at the time.

perhaps on a bigger/better FPV solution in the future like a skywalker or something, but a bit overkill for my bixler i think

TeeJay

There are very few OSD/Stabilisation systems with auto return home, this is one of about 4 available
It's priced about the same as the others
RVOSD 5 is a good one

I was going to buy the FY this morning but have decided against it as yet again it's too advanced for me when what I really need to do is get out and fly the planes I've got (I still haven't fpv'd a plane)

me neither mate. hoping that will change at the weekend, depending on the arrival of certain bits and bobs from our friend HobbyKing (in other words I wont hold my breath :) )

And the ruddy weather

Had stunning weather last week but my wife was taken into hospital so I lost 6 hours a day just visiting on top of having to do everything she normally does at home, now she's back and I'm not having to travel (still doing the housework though) the weather has turned crap

Think I'll buy a new plane to cheer myself up :)

Actually right now I want an FMS Trojan T-28 (as well as all the others I've listed :) )

BlueFlyer

I have a list as long as my driveway, but not enough time, money,or space to have them all.

I think the ones are actually possible are the scout bee and a skywalker. or perhaps an FPVRaptor or x5 FPV wing

Where have you seen them at that price delivered Dave
From Foxtech it works out to around £212 delivered (assuming customs don't clobber us)

Yeah foxtech i just used xe to convert as shipping was $9 . Never being hit for customs when using foxtech and boy have i had some gear off him LOL and my x4 came last week which is a largish box

308.00 USD  = 196.381 GBP  inc shipping ($20) 5-7 days
208.00 USD  = 132.655 GBP  inc shipping ($20) 5-7 days

1 GBP = 1.56798 USD correct at the time of posting lol

Sorry but the uk weather isn't looking too great so waiting a week doesn't seem too bad
