Did any of you use primer when painting with the wilko enamel stuff?

What a calm day, great for sneaking up behind ya mates Twinstar and doing an overhead fly-by, to be fair Max's Twinstar is nice and bright so it was always on the cards. We might have another MT convert in Max. Just need to get all 4 Talon's in the air at the same time :overexcited: :overexcited: :overexcited:

How does the Twinstar compare to the Talon? I've acquired a second hand Twinstar so wondering how it will fly speed wise to the Talon

They can fly at the same speed but the twinstar needs to be pinned and the talon throttle down, about 10-15mph real world

I did it by putting a hinge where the rear spar is so that to open it I just do a few turns on the front screw that I chopped down a bit and glued the washer underneath then glued a bit of plastic under the head so you don't need a screwdriver.  It then opens enough to change the battery and if I want to take it right off then I just undo the screw at the back.

Yeah, mine was going too just after dry fitting all the parts together, that's when I decided to put the hinge in there.

Yea this is much cleaner than the big elastic band I use around my entire fuselage ... doing it.
