I've got a Zippy 2500mah 3s in mine, it fits & works a treat.

Also if you do the speaker mod, you might find the larger speaker is susceptible to picking up rf noise from your 2.4 & UHF antennas in the form of a slight buzz or hum.

I found using some copper tape (slug barrier tape) from my local garden centre does a pretty good job of curing it. All you need do is cover the internal portions of the two case halves around the speaker with the copper tape making sure you won't cause any shorts, I added some foam as well just to deaden the space to improve the sound of the new speaker & to stop any bits of tape that might work loose from dropping onto live circuit boards etc

Loving the new speaker thou it's much better

LOL PK, I just opened that. According to my Printer, it's 2 meters in Diameter!!! How HUGE is your speaker?! heheheh

OOps. don't know why that is, I'm opening it in MakerWare and it opens up at the right size to print but I must have some odd units maybe ?

Maybe best to wait for Zeeflyboy posting his file.

BTW, what 3D printer do you have? I just say your micro quad...impressive print.

Makergear M2 with E3D all metal hot end.

I think it can do better, the boom/motor mounts are quite complex so needs some trial and error to get the best out of it. Will try at 0.1mm when I get back with some different settings.
